Senior Data Scientist (Gen AI & Machine Learning)

Our client is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to design, build and deploy advanced machine learning and GenAI solutions for large-scale enterprise and public sector projects. You'll work alongside business stakeholders, engineers and project teams to turn complex data into impactful business outcomes.

What You'll D

• Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning and advanced analytics solutions
• Build production-ready ML models using Python/R and Apache Spark
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Perform feature engineering, statistical analysis, NLP and predictive modelling
• Deploy models using Docker and Kubernetes
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact AI initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
• Expertise in Python and/or R, with experience in Apache Spark or similar frameworks
• Experience building and deploying ML models into production environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps practices
• Experience developing GenAI/LLM-based solution
• Strong knowledge of statistics, feature engineering and model validation
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Plotly or Qlik
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline
• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Exposure to AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning or graph analytics
