We are seeking a driven and analytical Senior Data Product Manager to own and scale risk data solutions for Credit Risk within our digital bank.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering high-impact data products that enable risk decisioning, reporting, and analytics. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure risk data is reliable, scalable, and widely adopted.
Job Description
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of risk data solutions, including data marts, reporting layers, and analytics datasets
- Define and drive the roadmap for risk data initiatives, aligning with risk, regulatory, and business priorities
- Partner with Risk Management and Technology stakeholders to understand needs and shape scalable data solutions
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, data feasibility, and engineering effort
- Perform data and system analysis to identify enhancement opportunities, improve data quality, and streamline operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data product management, data platforms, or data/analytics roles with ownership scope
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data lifecycle management
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, automation, and analytics.
- Experience working with risk data domains (e.g. credit risk) is preferred
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end data initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
