Key Responsibility
- Data Oversight: Manage data collection, storage, and systems ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop data management policies lead governance and compliance efforts.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with infrastructure teams, project managers, and vendors train staff on data practices.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data for insights support data-driven decision-making.
- System Maintenance: Design, troubleshoot, and optimize databases support migrations and upgrades.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a data team prioritize and oversee data-related projects.
- Pipeline/Demand Management: Prioritize and manage data-related requests and projects
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data management or a similar role
- Proven experience with data governance, data quality management, and data architecture
