SENIOR DATA CENTRE ENGINEER

Your main job duties and responsibilities as a Senior Data Center Engineer - Team Lead include but are not limited to the following:

1. Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team
2. Handle team resource management (leave management, attendance management, roster planning, etc.)
3. Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team
4. Conduct training programmes for new operators
5. Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team
6. Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks
7. Generate daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
8. Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team
9. Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team and
10. Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
