Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and stakeholders to deliver insights and inform regional strategy.
  • Provide data-driven consultation and support to gaming developers, helping them succeed on the company's platform.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to support product and partnership objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine performance dashboards to monitor key outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data mining and provide trend analysis for senior leadership.
  • Support business development efforts through insights generation, strategic planning, and direct interactions with game developers to drive adoption.
  • Handle day-to-day data operations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations to advocate for partner needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in data analysis or technical operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Business, or related; equivalent experience also considered.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools for data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a track record of translating data into strategic insights and recommendations. Ability to identify, analyze, and apply industry trends to enhance strategic decisions.
  • Preferably has previous experience or demonstrated interest in the gaming industry. With a solid understanding of the internet ecosystem and gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing across various levels of management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
