Senior Dance Instructor (Chinese Dance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dance Instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Chinese dance classes for students of various age groups and skill levels.

- Design and develop structured dance curriculum and training programmes.

- Choreograph and prepare students for performances, competitions and public events.

- Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure teaching quality and consistency.

- Provide advanced training to selected students for stage performance and examinations.

- Assist in planning and organizing rehearsals, showcases and studio activities.

- Maintain a safe, engaging and professional learning environment.

Requirements:

- Strong background in Chinese dance or related disciplines.

- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in dance education.

- Ability to choreograph and lead performance-based training.

- Good communication and classroom management skills.

- Passionate about teaching and working with students.
