Job Description
Talent & Career Framework Development

• Design and implement a comprehensive talent mobility and career progression framework for the cybersecurity division.

• Define critical skills, competencies, rotational pathways, and mentorship structures, with a specialised track for aspiring and current CISOs.

Learning & Development Strategy

• Develop and manage a tailored L&D framework for cybersecurity professionals at all levels.

• Track competency levels, certifications, and development progress to identify skill gaps and shape learning plans.

Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead all talent development programs and serve as the main point of contact for participants, CISOs, and key stakeholders.

• Promote programme participation, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

• Establish program KPIs and performance benchmarks.

• Analyse data and produce clear, visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to support talent decisions, succession planning, and workforce strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

• 8+ years experience in learning & development, talent management, or talent mobility.

• Proven track record in designing large-scale career frameworks and professional development programmes.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis preferred.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, Security+, data analytics) will be an advantage.
