**Please note that this opportunity can either be based in Singapore or Jakarta (Indonesia)**

A leading global financial software organisation is expanding its Treasury & Capital Markets (TCM) division across Asia and is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic banking clients across Indonesia & the Philippines.

You'll be the strategic partner to your clients - driving adoption, managing escalations, ensuring successful implementations, and identifying opportunities to expand solution usage across mission-critical Treasury & Capital Markets platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding adoption retention
  • Build strong relationships with senior banking stakeholders (Treasury, Risk, Ops, IT)
  • Drive usage, value realisation, and product penetration across TCM platforms
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and coordinate global support teams
  • Track usage & performance data to derive insights and recommend improvements
  • Support upgrade campaigns, renewals, upsells, and compliance initiatives
  • Partner internally with Sales, Support, Services & Product

Ideal profile:

  • Proven Customer Success or Account Management experience within financial technology or banking
  • Hands-on Treasury & Capital Markets exposure FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and end-to-end treasury workflows
  • Experience with both SaaS and on-premise enterprise platforms, ideally involving complex system deployments or post-go-live relationship ownership
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian financial markets (bonus: exposure to the Philippines)
  • Confident stakeholder management able to engage Heads of Treasury, Risk, Technology, and C-level executives
  • Fluent Bahasa (Indonesian) & English language skills, with excellent communication capabilities
  • Based in Singapore or Jakarta (both locations are acceptable)
