About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Customer Service Executive to lead our front desk at a well-established dental clinic. You'll oversee reception operations, support a small team, and ensure excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front desk operations
- Greet and register patients professionally
- Manage and confirm appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Process payments accurately
- Coordinate with labs and follow up on cases
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Train and support junior receptionists
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the clinic
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of front desk/customer service experience (dental/medical preferred)
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Team player who can work independently
