The Role
This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers experiences through good customer service at assigned property.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing mall concierge services.
- Attending to shoppers queries in a professional manner.
- Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
- Attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipuated timeframe.
- Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.
- Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
