Job Description

Job Description:

. Perform administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
. Plan deliveries route and coordinate delivery/collection process with customer, warehouse, and the delivery team
. Attend to customers queries pertaining to deliveries and resolve delivery issues
. Perform billing for all delivery/collection requests in a timely manner
. Update Transport Management System (TMS) and other relevant systems
. To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
. Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department.

Job Requirements:

. GCE N Level certification and above
. 1 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required
. General knowledge on logistics & Route planning
. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
. Effective communication
. Attention to details - follows procedure accurately, carefully and completes report or other documents accurately.
. Communication - able to express clearly, to listen and understand effectively (instruction & feedback).

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (Alt Sat) - 8am - 5.30pm
