. Regular working hours: 5-day week (Monday to Friday). 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will deliver team-based, resulted-oriented and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role offers cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities, across manufacturing, logistics, operations and business development. Incumbents with high potential and with strong business acumen, will be groomed to take on strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, logistics, operations, and business development teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze and solve customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with cross-function teams and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent delivery of customer service.
• Work independently and contribute actively as a team player to achieve corporate goals.
• Demonstrate business acumen by identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer engagement.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers and teams.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in customer relations, business development, logistics and operations, or manufacturing.
