- Responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions at both the entity and group levels.
- Responsible for performing credit control functions, including liaising with credit insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage and risk management for customer receivables.
- Evaluate and establish credit control for new and existing customers.
- Review credit terms and conditions and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding receivables to management.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and support yearly audit activities.
- Support treasury functions by liaising with banks regarding operational needs, and monitoring and forecasting cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and debt service obligations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit control, treasury management, or related roles preferably in manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experiences in working with credit insurance providers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Office: Near Joo Koon MRT | Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Monthly Salary + AWS + Bonus
