Your role as a HEPMIL Senior Creator Success Executive will partner closely with our exclusive talents to support their growth, amplify their creative impact, and bring innovative projects to life. You'll gain hands-on experience coordinating campaigns and events, managing talent operations, and cultivating strong relationships with clients, agencies, and the creator community.

This is a 1-year contract position, subject to renewal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accompanying Talents on assigned social media gigs
• Gatekeeping and ensuring talents remain professional on both social media and client-facing activities
• Serve as the key coordinator for talent campaign enquiries and project management, including managing inbound client requests, qualifying leads, and scheduling shoots, projects, and events
• Prepare and update media kits
• Support talent operations, including scheduling coordination, preparing performance review decks, maintaining media kits, and managing media or event communications
• Collaborate with Creator Success Managers to support and grow HEPMIL talents in line with individual goals and aspirations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with across teams to facilitate the success of our exclusive creators
• Manage inbound emails for all exclusive talents, which includes:

- Responding to client inquiries on rates

- Filtering inbound emails and consolidating repeated inquiries

- Qualifying leads and looping in key POC to take over

- Coordinating and executing ad-hoc inquiries (e.g. session sharing)

- Preparing decks for quarterly performance reviews

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent coordination, creator management, or client/project coordination, social media production
• Good understanding of social media landscape, content creation
• Experience managing talents and campaigns
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
• Skilled at fostering positive and professional relationships with talents and be professional on set / events to support our exclusive creators
• Passionate about creator ecosystems and content-driven marketing
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
