Seeking an analytically-minded Creative Strategist to join our team. This role serves as the essential link between insightful data and compelling creative execution.
The Creative Strategist is responsible for diving deep into consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to unearth the strategic why behind our creative initiatives. You will translate complex insights into clear, actionable creative briefs and campaign concepts that not only capture attention but, more importantly, drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Insight
- Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews.
- Dig into consumer behavior and performance data (analytics) for key insights
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop content frameworks and creative angles aligned with campaign objectives and audience insights
- Build storylines and content directions that fit brand positioning and platform best practices
- Translate briefs into actionable content concepts, scripts and storyboards
Creative Briefing
- Write and delivers detailed, data-informed creative briefs to designers, copywriters, and production teams
Collaborations & Oversight
- Serve as the key liaison between the creative team, marketing, sales, and clients/stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance
Optimization
- Ensure marketing spend is effective and that future creative efforts are data-driven and optimized for maximum impact.
Content Rollout Support (If Required)
- Adapt master assets into multiple aspect ratios and platform versions.
- Coordinate file sharing, naming conventions and version control.
- Support upload scheduling and asset handover to internal or client teams.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/ or Specialized Certification in marketing, communications, or digital media is an advantage
- Practical experience demonstrating skills in Creative Thinking, Strategic Planning and Problem Solving in campaigns and project
Must-haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing projects and/or marketing campaign, across different campaign types (ie: government, product, events campaigns etc)
Nice-to-haves:
- Relevant working experience including Government- related projects and/or campaigns
- Experience in the creative media and entertainment industry.
