Senior Creative Operations Manager

A fast growing, award winning experiential agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join their team.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing workflow and resource allocation across their Creative, Design Studio, and Production teams.

The Role

As Resource Manager / Director, you'll be the go-to person for managing capacity, tracking project workflows, and optimising team output. You'll work closely with project managers, producers, and creative leads to ensure projects are staffed correctly and delivered on time all while identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and collaboration across departments.

About You

• 6+ years experience in a creative, experiential, or events agency environment.
• Solid background in studio traffic, resource management, or production operations.
• Deep understanding of creative and production workflows.
• Experience with project management and scheduling tools
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with a sharp eye for process and detail.
• Confident communicator who can influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Cool under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused.

Location: Singapore (on-site / hybrid flexibility depending on the agency)

Start Date: ASAP or negotiable

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
