- You'll be part of a global legal team, have oversight for the entire APAC region and report directly to the Head of Legal.

The Role
- This role will provide commercial advice to various business lines in relation to power / energy focused transactions. The focus is to deliver growth projects that align with the overall business vision
- You will play a hands on role with drafting, negotiation and the closing of commercial work relating to project development, supply chain and EPC contracts
- Working closely with global teams to ensure governance and policy procedures are both developed and adopted
- Be a leader, develop your business skills and enjoy the day to day legal work
Requirements
- 6 - 12 PQE
- Background should include solid energy led experience, open to power, renewables, sustainability
- Law firm experience mixed with In-House exposure also desirable
- The ability to work on corporate and commercial transactions for all of Asia and with experience in closing deals in relation to energy would be a requirement
- Ability to manage stakeholders regionally and on a global level
