Our client is a market leader for Real Estate in Asia, operating across both residential and commercial markets. As part of a growth strategy, this newly created role will support transactions teams on a variety of deal work.
The role reports into one of the top GCs in Asia.

Role
- This is a strategic / critical role to support business teams across a variety of transactions that include M&A, Investments and Commercial deals.
- As a hands on leader, you will structure, negotiate and support closing phases with all relevant legal support.
- You will navigate and influence senor stakeholders to ensure local and regional strategic outcomes align with group strategy, this will be closely aligned with the Chief Legal Officers input.
- You will support key business units with regulatory and compliance led matters (regionally).
- As a leader the role will offer ownership and autonomy across the region, as well as a chance to develop into a key people leader.
Requirements
- 12 - 20 PQE
- Looking for lawyers with tier 1 law firm training and relevant in-house experience
- You will possess strong M&A experience and commercial deal closure, ideally across Real Estate based work
- Your communication skillset will encompass local, regional and international stakeholders
- Stable CVs, driven mentality and excited to take on a challenging role are all expected
