Our client is APAC's leading Corporate and Advisory Services firm. They are looking for a Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South - easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.
Handle a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including public and listed companies.
Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients, supported by detailed email follow-ups outlining action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Maintain and develop client relationships, meeting key clients monthly to assess satisfaction and identify potential service expansions.
Propose fee adjustments where necessary and prepare fee proposals for prospective clients.
Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities, including ACRA, IRAS, Stock Exchange, and The Central Depository.
Manage daily operations, including budget preparation, credit control, and WIP finalization.
Take on regional responsibilities and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirement:
ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary or Degree in related field
