Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports covering sales, stock, and business performance.
- Analyse data trends, identify variances, and provide timely insights to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and standard reporting templates to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support annual and mid-term budget preparation, monitoring, and tracking.
- Assist with pricing coordination, including new items, revisions, campaigns, and margin analysis.
- Coordinate pricing implementation and updates with internal stakeholders.
- Support compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and HQ requirements, ensuring proper documentation for audit and review.
- Maintain and update SOP documentation and support process standardisation initiatives.
- Track project timelines, action items, and follow-ups, including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Support vendor, trade, and contract documentation, ensuring organised records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Liaise with internal divisions and HQ functions to support controls, procedures, and workflow improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
