Job Description
- Fundraising & Capital Structuring (Global, Multi-Jurisdictional)
- Lead and support debt fundraising transactions across multiple regions, including corporate facilities, project finance, acquisition financing, and refinancing.
- Engage with lenders, investors, group senior executives and advisors across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, gaining hands-on exposure to cross-border financing structures.
- Support equity raise processes, including financial analysis, model output preparation, marketing materials, and investor Q&A.
- Evaluate term sheets, negotiate financing packages, and help structure capital solutions that serve diverse regulatory, tax, and commercial environments.2. Financial Modelling & Valuation Excellence
- Build and manage advanced, transaction-grade financial models supporting capital raising, refinancing, and platform growth.
- Deliver sophisticated valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, transaction comps) across real estate, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and other real assets.
- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivities, covenant stress tests, debt sizing, and return optimisation for live deals.3. Capital Allocation & Strategic Support
- Provide analytical insights supporting capital allocation decisions across regions and sectors.
- Assess platform-level performance, capital efficiency, liquidity needs, and return profiles to guide investment priorities.4. Transaction Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Play a central role in executing cross-border transactions, coordinating with legal, tax, commercial, and technical advisors in multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage investor and lender due diligence, data rooms, financial schedules, and transaction workstreams.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders across time zones.
- Monitor and advise on covenant compliance and ongoing financing requirements post-closing.5. Portfolio & Risk Management
- Review capital structures across existing assets and recommend opportunities for optimisation and refinancing.
- Identify financing and market risks, and assess macroeconomic impacts on fundraising strategies and their implications for investment pipeline.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 8 years onwards of corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, valuation, or capital markets experience.
- Proven experience in debt fundraising and financial structuring; some exposure to equity raising or investor materials preferred.
- Exceptional financial modelling skills with experience building complex, multi-layered models.
- Strong valuation background; experience in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure is ideal.
- Experience within a top-tier valuation or advisory team (Big 4, IB, consulting) is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage lenders, investors, and senior executives globally.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
