Job Description & Requirements:
- Team leading and execution of valuation engagements
- Performing valuation for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring
- Building and analysing financial models and reviewing the underlying assumptions and data
- Assisting in other advisory work such as transaction support, mergers & acquisitions, business planning and reorganisation
- Working closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities
We are constantly seeking for dedicated talents to join our practice. To be part of our team, you should possess:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Financial Engineering, or related degree or professional qualification in accounting / FRM / CFA / CVA will be an added advantage
- Ideally between 2 to 4 years valuation experience acquired within an accounting, professional services firm or a bank
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong analytical & evaluation skills and good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment
- Service oriented and commercially focused, we seek confident, extremely well-organised candidates who can analyse and make things happen, and work effectively in a highly motivated environment.
