Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Account Executive / Assistant Manager, you'll be at the frontlines of this mission, supporting health, community care organisations and corporate partners upskill their teams through our industry-recognised training programmes.

This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you'll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing. Your focus: delivering impactful training solutions across the community care, healthcare, and adjacent sectors.

We're looking for a driven, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to grow while making a meaningful impact through training and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution and Client Outreach
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Account Servicing and Retention

Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B direct sales (training or healthcare industries preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts
  • Confidence in cold outreach and closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Digitally savvy, able to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting using digital tools
  • Driven by both performance targets and a strong sense of purpose
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and growth-minded
  • Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare and community care sector is a plus
