JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day‑to‑day office and facilities operations to ensure a safe, well‑maintained workplace.
Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) and follow up on service delivery.
Assist in the administration of maintenance contracts, including renewals, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate office repairs, maintenance works, and improvement activities.
Manage administrative matters related to the company car fleet, including servicing schedules and lease tracking.
Support annual building inspections, regulatory checks, and compliance documentation.
Assist in workplace safety & health coordination and record‑keeping.
Support emergency preparedness arrangements, including fire response coordination.
Handle general administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Facilities Management, Integrated FM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
Experience in administration, operations, or facilities coordination is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Strong organisational and follow‑up skills.
Comfortable liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
