Senior Cook

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cook to lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. The Senior Cook will supervise kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and assist in menu planning while ensuring efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

• Supervise and guide assistant cooks and kitchen helpers

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards

• Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering

• Train new kitchen staff when required

• Handle customer or management feedback professionally
