Job Description

Preferring traditional south indian food with minimum 3 years experiencing in Indian Restaurant especially Kerala food. Working hours need to do morning or evening shift and work on weekend.

Culinary Training: Formal culinary training or certification in Indian cuisine is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as an Indian cook or chef, with a strong understanding of Indian cooking techniques and spices.

Creativity: Ability to create and present dishes that are visually appealing and flavorful.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
