Senior Cook

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and guidelines
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
• Assist in training new kitchen employees
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
• Minimise food wastage and control costs
• Handle high-volume service efficiently during peak hours

Requirement:

• Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
