Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Design, configure, and implement SCADA solutions with Ignition Vision and Perspective modules.

  • Integrate SCADA with PLCs, sensors, OPC servers, databases, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

  • Build and customize data visualization dashboards within Ignition using Jython (Python) and SQL to support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.

  • Implement analytics for downtime, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and root cause analysis.

  • Develop frameworks to detect anomalies and trigger predictive maintenance using equipment and sensor data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 3 years of experience with SCADA systems development using Ignition with data knowledge of Ignition Tag Historian, Reporting, Vision and Perspective modules.

  • Proficient in designing data visualization tools and build intuitive dashboards.

  • Proficient in Python (Jython) and SQL for scripting, data queries, and logic building.

  • Knowledge understanding of OEE and SPC.

  • Self-motivated and work with cross-functional teams.
