.Seeking for a Senior Contracts Administrator/Specialist who has minimum 4 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Base Metals/Concentrates/Coal/Iron Ore/Oil.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft physical contracts based on deals
• Review contracts from counterparties
• Advice any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
• Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments
• Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum of 4 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Base Metals/Concentrates/Coal/Iron Ore/Oil
• Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
