Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager

Requirements:

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, production program, or contract manufacturing management, preferably in electronics or technology devices.

• Experience managing contract manufacturers or external factories.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, BOM, WIP flow, and build readiness.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient with ERP systems and production data.

Preferred:

• Experience in RF, wireless hardware, or robotics manufacturing.

• Knowledge of yield analysis, quality metrics, and root-cause investigation.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

• Experience scaling production, qualifying new CMs, or setting up new production lines.
