Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager

Own Contract Manufacturing Execution
Act as the single operational owner for CM production, ensuring consistent delivery of the right products, at the right quality, on time and in full (OTIF).

Lead CM Performance & Relationships
Serve as the primary interface with the Contract Manufacturer, driving accountability through regular performance reviews, clear expectations, and proactive issue escalation and resolution.

Ensure Build Readiness & Production Visibility
Partner with Supply Chain and Planning to ensure material readiness, track WIP and build progress, and proactively resolve constraints impacting production output or schedules.

Support Quality & Yield Stability
Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to surface yield issues early, track corrective actions, and support process improvements at the CM without owning technical solutions.

Maintain Accurate Production Data & Reporting
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of production data, ERP transactions, and reporting while enforcing SOP compliance and improving operational visibility.

Support Manufacturing Scale & Expansion
Assist with onboarding new Contract Manufacturers, setting up new production lines, pilot builds, and production transfers as the company scales globally.
