Job Summary

As the Senior Content Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, management, and execution of diverse markerting activities and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader business goals and marketing priorities, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of The Palawan @ Sentosa

As the Senior Content Marketing Executive, we rely on you to:

  • Support the Marketing Manager at The Palawan @ Sentosa in day-to-day marketing activities and campaign executions
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and key campaigns
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and effective roll-out across platforms
  • Lead the conceptualisation, creation and optimisation of photo and video content across digital and traditional channels
  • Craft compelling, insight-driven copy for social media, paid campaigns, website pages and EDMs
  • Drive content ideation and identify new formats or approaches to enhance engagement and reach
  • Oversee day-to-day social media management, ensuring consistency in tone, quality and responsiveness
  • Monitor content performance and campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimise results
  • Identify trends, audience behaviours and opportunities to strengthen content effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop integrated and co-branded content intiatives.
  • Support and guide influencer and KOL collaborations to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
  • Lead on-ground content capture and storytelling during key events and activations
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain high standards of content quality and consistency
  • Work cross-functionally to align content with broader business goals and marketing priorities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, preferably within lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment or related industries
  • Possesses copywriting and storytelling skills to create versatile content that resonates with target audiences across platforms
  • Is proficient in photography, videography, editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar) to produce compelling visual content
  • Stays informed and has a strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends and performance analytics
  • Is proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Is comfortable working during weekends, peak campaign periods or events when required
