Senior Consultant

Job Description & Requirements

. Responsible for Regional projects, standardization of process, policy, systems set up, and support users in leveraging system functionalities to enhance productivity, quality and controls.

. Participate in sales activities along with project delivery.

. Improve customer relationship, work with regional sales head in developing the customer base.

. Set personal KPI not less than 50% Year on Year (YOY) growth with effective marketing, operational excellence.

. Establish channel partners across globe to increase companies revenue and profits.

. Work closely with team manager and regional locations Ops to prioritize initiative, develop, and execute the project plan

. Assist team manager in data, requirements gathering, and analysis for any initiative under the financial space, Propose possible improvements to the process, technology and achieve operations objectives

. Experience in product development, project managing both infra and application projects (IOT, Cloud, CRM, ERP).

. Analyze working processes, technology and identify existing gaps and/or inefficiencies

. Quantify challenges and forecast benefits from various strategic opportunities

. Document, conceptualize findings and key points into comprehensive professional presentations for regular updates to identified forums

. Collaborate with Business Project Manager (BPM), business users, various technical teams throughout

. Ability to engage senior stake holders to discuss issues or escalate whenever there is risk to project delivery timeline

. Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment.

. Strong proficiency in Chinese & English for the interpretation, understanding of documentation and other related communication received in local language (Simplified & Traditional Chinese) and translate it to English language for Project team's benefit.

. Must possess experience working on projects covering Taiwan or China regions, interacting with Chinese-speaking users / stakeholders based in Taiwan or China.

. Plan test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline

. Experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound banking product knowledge

Required Skills:

. Degree in a good and recognized university or equivalent experience.

. Minimum 8+ years in a project management role

. Proven Project management experience in handling projects worth more than 5 -10 million SGD

. Must have project cost budgeting experience

. Experience in sales and presales activities.

. Good experience in AGILE methodologies

. Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

. Good verbal and written communication skills
