Job Description::
As a UI/UX Designer, you will design meaningful, user-centred digital experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and innovation. You will work on fast-moving and complex projects across industries, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate ideas and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling solutions—while continuously refining your craft and contributing to a strong design culture.
What will you do
User Experience & Interface Design
- Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences from initial flows to high-fidelity, visually polished prototypes
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly design solutions
- Ensure accessibility considerations are embedded across all user touchpoints and journeys
Design Systems & Visual Craft
- Apply, adapt, or create lightweight design systems scoped to project needs
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Explore and design innovative experiences, including opportunities enabled by AI-driven technologies
- Stay curious about emerging tools, trends, and approaches to elevate user experiences
Research, Testing & Validation
- Contribute to end-to-end usability testing to validate design decisions and improve outcomes through user insights
- Incorporate research findings and feedback into iterative design improvements
Collaboration & Communication
- Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops with clients and end users
- Communicate design rationale clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners, and developers
Growth & Design Culture
- Receive and act on feedback with a growth mindset
- Contribute to internal design initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of ways of working
Qualifications::
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating user-centred thinking and strong visual design
- Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong balance of UX thinking, visual design craft, and ownership of end-to-end design work
- Strong aesthetic sense, design taste, and attention to detail
- Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and their impact on future user experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conversational design (Good to have)
