Senior Consultant, Technology Transformation (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

- Support transformation projects by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and documenting solutions.

- Assist with Fit-Gap analysis, process design, testing, and implementation activities.

- Prepare project deliverables, including process maps, business requirements, status reports, and presentations.

- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support project delivery.

- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts.

- Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.

- Support workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.

- Develop project updates, governance materials, and meeting documentation.

- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and leading practices.

- Support proposals, RFP responses, client research, and business development activities.

- Contribute to knowledge assets, methodologies, and internal initiatives.

- Assist with project reporting, documentation, and operational support.

- Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality deliverables.

- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or transformation-related roles.

- Experience supporting business transformation, digital transformation, process improvement, operating model, or system implementation initiatives.

- Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, and documentation development.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project documentation preparation.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, project-based environment.

- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Added advantage if having experience in Banking or Financial Services projects

- Exposure to PMO, business analysis, testing, or implementation activities would be a plus.

- Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs would be preferred.

- Experience contributing to proposal development, client presentations, or business development activities would be beneficial.

- Experience working in international or multicultural project environments would be an advantage.

- Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.

Compensation:

- Work location: Central, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
