Senior Consultant
Technology and Digital Transformation Consulting | Singapore
As Mason Advisory continues to expand its presence across the Asia-Pacific region, they are looking for a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of complex digital and technology transformation programmes for their clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent consultancy where you will work closely with client stakeholders, contribute to strategic recommendations and help deliver high-quality outcomes across a diverse portfolio of engagements. You will become part of a collaborative and supportive consultancy that combines deep technical and advisory expertise with an open, people-focused culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of consulting engagements from initial strategy and assessment through to implementation
- Working closely with client stakeholders to understand their business and technology challenges
- Conducting research, analysis and assessments to support evidence-based recommendations
- Contributing to the development of technology strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans
- Managing defined project workstreams and taking responsibility for agreed deliverables
- Producing clear, concise and high-quality reports, presentations and client documentation
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes
- Identifying project risks, dependencies and issues, and supporting their effective resolution
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a consulting, advisory or transformation environment
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology strategy, Digital transformation, Operating model design, Cyber security, Data and AI, Technology programme delivery
- Experience contributing to complex technology or business transformation projects
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation
- The ability to translate complex information into clear findings and practical recommendations
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
