Senior Consultant

Core Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SAP modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Sales)
• Customize SAP systems based on business needs
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Manage system integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Provide strategic advice on digital transformation using SAP
• Lead project teams and oversee deployments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or senior management roles
• Proven track record in business growth, market expansion, or transformation projects
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in FMCG, wine & spirits, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred
• Ability to operate at both strategic and advisory levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Regional or international market exposure
• Experience working with premium/luxury brands
• Established network within the wine, hospitality, or distribution sectors
