Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized care and follow-up. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct technology-enhanced therapies aimed at improving patient health and wellness. Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services to support their well-being. Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering excellent customer service without hard selling. Identify and convert sales opportunities to contribute to clinic growth. Participate in promotional activities and collaborate on innovative marketing strategies. Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations. Handle patient inquiries professionally and empathetically. Perform cashiering duties and manage financial transactions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques, customer service, and clinical procedures. Support clinic operations with various administrative tasks. Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a safe and hygienic clinic environment through proper handling and labeling of medications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or wellness industry. Proven record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Comprehensive knowledge of operations and patient care processes. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Relevant beauty and wellness qualifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, WSQ, ITEC, etc.) preferred. A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
