Lead and deliver full-cycle Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Understand and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, SDL, IRAS, SHG Funds, leave and statutory components) to ensure compliance.
Analyze requirements and create functional specifications.
Work with technical teams on system integrations and data migration.
Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment.
Deliver post-production support, such as enhancements and user training.
Mentor junior consultants.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Payroll implementations, ideally in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll, Peopelsoft or equivalent payroll software.
Proven track record of successful delivery of end-to-end Payroll implementations.
Excellent knowledge of Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to payroll implementations in other countries is a plus.
