Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to support and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and supporting project delivery across assigned Oracle HCM modules.
Experience
- 5-8 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience working on multiple Oracle HCM implementation or support engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration discussions.
- Support testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
- Assist with data validation, data migration, and integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and cross-functional project teams.
Oracle HCM Module Exposure
The two Senior roles will collectively support the following modules:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll Support
- Time & Labor
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Reporting and Analytics
Required Skills
- Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to integrations and reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
