Manage SAP system roll-in projects for large multinational teams, oversee PLM enhancements, and drive cloud/DevOps adoption.
Plan, execute, and deliver software/application projects, including timelines, risk management, and progress reporting.
Lead and mentor the application team, promoting continuous improvement, Agile/DevOps practices, and automation adoption.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any IT related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales/ business development experience in a consulting firm.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business process reengineering (BPR).
Experience in system implementation involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, or RPA tools.
Proven track record of both business development and delivery in consulting.
Possess sales and business development experience within the manufacturing and trading sectors.
Proven experience managing SAP roll-in projects for large multinational organizations, with expertise in PLM enhancements and cloud/DevOps initiatives.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP, AWS, ARAS (PLM), Cisco, Palo Alto, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience driving process improvements, identifying gaps in development methods, and leading adoption of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation tools.
Strong communication skills in Japanese (oral and written) is required to interact and manage Japanese stakeholders and clients. Certifications like N2 or N1 are highly preferred.
Experience with Generative AI-related projects is a plus.
