Senior Consultant / Manager – ServiceNow AI Control Tower
We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager with hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow AI Control Tower solutions, ideally from a professional services, consulting, or technology organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
- Translate AI governance, risk and compliance requirements into platform workflows, controls and automation.
- Configure AI use-case intake, inventory, risk assessments, control mapping, approval workflows, monitoring and reporting.
- Integrate AI Control Tower with relevant ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
- Work with AI Governance, Risk, Cyber, Technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and user adoption.
Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of relevant technology consulting / implementation experience.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, workflows, integrations and GRC/IRM capabilities.
- Exposure to AI governance, AI risk management, Responsible AI or technology risk is preferred.
- Experience delivering implementations within large enterprises, preferably financial services or regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge governance requirements with technical implementation.
