Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Architecture

  • Design and architect end-to-end GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layers.
  • Serve as Solution Architect/Technical Lead on client projects, ensuring solution scalability, quality, and performance.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutions.
  • Build demos and proof-of-concepts using open-source or commercial GenAI tools and models.

Commercial & Pre-Sales

  • Drive the technical component of pre-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales/engagement teams to shape proposals.
  • Lead discovery workshops and technical sessions with clients.

Technical Expertise & Practice Development

  • Stay hands-on with GenAI/Agentic AI technologies: LLM APIs, prompt frameworks, agent orchestration, and cloud-native ML tools.
  • Contribute to reference architectures, code baselines, and reusable technical assets.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentor junior engineers across engagements.
