As an experienced Security Analyst, you will ensure the organization's IT systems and cloud environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient by developing and enforcing security policies, managing risk assessments, monitoring threats, supporting audits, and coordinating incident response and remediation activities across internal teams and external partners.
What will you do
- Develop and maintain IT security policies and action plans review them regularly to meet compliance requirements.
- Implement and manage risk assessments for Cloud assets
- Weekly review and share report from Cloudscape and Nessus
- Review and discuss plans for remediation with team with proper risk assessment.
- Perform routine activities and review related to Audit of IT systems
- Document and review of security standards and procedures for maintaining security principles.
- Establish and manage IT security incident management procedures
- Including detection, response, and handling of an incidents.
- Monitor, analysis and report on emerging security threats.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders for daily BAU activities
- Liaise with external vendors for service request activities
- Regular follow-up on the security measures and standards related to the systems and new project development.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field with 3-7 years of security experience.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining IT security policies and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security and risk assessment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with vulnerability management tools like Nessus and cloud security platforms.
- Ability to analyze risks, generate reports, and drive remediation with stakeholders.
- Experience in IT audits, security standards documentation, and process reviews.
- Proven capability in incident management, including detection, response, and resolution.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders, vendors, and support BAU security operations.
