Senior Consultant (Government)/ IT Service Delivery Consultant
Responsibilites:
- Key contact to the customers in the public safety sector (Defence).
- Involved in IT Project Management and IT Service Delivery
- Management of IT System, Infrastructure, for developing, testing and deploying system/network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing Government accounts (Defence)
- Experience in handling IT Projects and Projects Delivery.
- Good in Project Management, Coordination and Liaison work.
- Knowledge of IT System, Infrastructure, Network and Security.
- Strong in managing client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Good in providing solutions, advisory, consultation and delivery.
- Strong in Service Delivery and providing IT Solutioning.
- Good in Network/ System Infrastructure and IT Security.
- Knowledge of Public Security.
- Good in Stakeholders, Client Management and Business Users Management.
- Good in Product Management / Service Management and Customer Management.
- Minimum 4 years of IT Solution / Service Delivery experience.
- Possess System Integrator (SI) and Government (Defence) domain.
- Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
- Singaporeans only
