Job Description
ESC is actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Singapore. As a premier Environment, Safety, and Sustainability consultancy in Asia, you will play a pivotal role within our multidisciplinary team. Reporting directly to the Country Manager and Principal Sustainability Consultant, the Senior Sustainability Consultant will primarily focus on driving new business acquisition, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our sustainability initiatives across Singapore and the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake sustainability related projects, working with consultants/assistant consultants within the company.
- Support in business development to grow the Sustainability business for the Singapore office.
- Managing and delivery of projects, including but not limited to data collection and analysis, research, preparing reports, and attending meetings.
- Preparation of proposal and project budgeting.
- Direct reporting to the Principal Sustainability Consultant and Country Manager.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience working experience, and at least 6 years in the Sustainability field, with a degree in a related environmental field.
- Experience in preparing proposals and budgeting.
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills with the ability to deal with complex issues.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.

- Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in client management is advantageous).
