Senior Consultant (Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities:

. Promote digital technologies as a member of client's digital transformation team. (Generating opportunities , driving POC projects, tech scouting, market study)

. Manage team of up to 5 experts, and overlook all projects to monitor and adjust the directions when necessary.

. Generate the new business opportunities for corporatethorough DX collaboration with clients.

Requirements:

. Fluent Japanese and English communication skill (customer facing business conversation level)

. Communication, comprehension and collaboration skills with all the stakeholders to drive the business as a team.

. 10 years+ experience in IT/Digital Transformation (DX) domain.

. Comfortable with uncertainty and changes, and working out-of-comfort zone.

. Outstanding techniques/skills for fact finding, problem solving, analysis, planning, documentation and proposals.
