Work you will do
This role is part of Deloitte's practice, focusing on Project and Program Management within large-scale business transformation. As an experienced Consultant, you will lead the delivery of a Source-to-Contract (S2C) transformation program through the implementation of the Ivalua platform for a global shipping company headquartered in Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating Deloitte's team, managing client stakeholders, overseeing project governance, and ensuring successful delivery of the solution within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Key responsibilities :-
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Ivalua S2C implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop, track, and control project plans, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional Deloitte and client teams across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process harmonization, and fit-gap analysis.
- Oversee design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of the Ivalua platform.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including steering committee updates, RAID log management, and status reporting.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth business transition.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte SEA methodologies and client enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise in procurement digital transformation and Source-to-Contract best practices.
What we are looking for
If you are someone with:
- A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Practical experience with Agile, DevOps will be an advantage
- Minimum 7+ years of IT implementation experience, with proven consulting experience in leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs for multinational and SME clients.
- Strong expertise in technology strategy, solution architecture, and people-process-technology integration across enterprise applications (e.g., PLM, ERP, SCM, CRM, MOM, BI, RPA, IoT).
- Hands-on experience in Source-to-Contract (S2C) transformation or procurement digitalization programs (exposure to Ivalua or other S2C platforms will be an advantage).
- Solid background in program and project management, including Agile-based delivery, requirements gathering, process harmonization, and technology implementation.
- Practical exposure to Agile, DevOps, and digital delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in change management, user training, and adoption strategies to drive successful technology deployment.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards, digital maturity frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership, teamwork, business acumen, and client engagement capabilities.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work beyond the office base, with the flexibility to travel locally and abroad in line with project assignments.
