Project Monitoring & Governance
Monitor and track project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and related PM documentation across departments.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of project information without discrepancies.
Provide regular reporting to project owners and project leaders.
Identify delays, risks, and dependencies proactively and escalate when necessary.
Conduct deep dives into issues and risks to support mitigation planning.
Stakeholder & PMO Coordination
Liaise with department PMOs to gather updates and maintain transparency.
Ensure timely information sharing to maintain common understanding among stakeholders.
Work closely with business, IT, compliance, finance, and vendor teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Reporting & Risk Management
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards.
Support regulatory reporting and internal reporting processes where required.
Contribute to risk management discussions and mitigation strategies.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management within a financial institution (preferably banking).
Strong stakeholder management experience across business, IT, compliance, and vendors.
Strong documentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience in consulting environments with leadership/team management exposure is mandatory.
Preferred:
Experience in Risk Management and Finance/Accounting reporting.
BCBS239 implementation exposure.
Knowledge of Regulatory/Internal Reporting and Finance/Accounting processes.
