Role Description The Senior Consultant CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) will provide strategic and operational consulting services to financial institutions, with a focus on transformation initiatives in the corporate and investment banking domain. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing target operating models and digital solutions that align with client objectives. The role involves managing and contributing to project delivery, preparing high-quality client presentations and documentation, and facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support business development activities, and contribute to thought leadership in CIB topics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate and investment banking, with knowledge of front-to-back processes, products, and regulatory environment.
• Proven skills in business analysis, process mapping, and operating model design, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in digital transformation, including data-driven solutions, automation, and technology-enabled change in financial services.
• Project management capabilities, such as planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
• Prior consulting experience in financial services or banking transformation projects in Asia is highly beneficial.
